Run (Insert name here) Run!   We’re doing the PHX 10K!

Whoa whoa. Before you click off and say a 10K?!? Thats CRAZY… This race also offers a 5k and there is no shame in walking.

The PHX 10k is 11/3/2013 and we are giving away 2 entries. All you have to do is come to rock the fit events to be entered. We will also be  forming a team for people that would like to run along side us.

Now. For those of you that have your ears perked up….we’re going to make this even easier. We’re PROVIDING training workouts. These are for people who have never ran a day in their life, and people that are champions.

This schedule is set out to teach you how to go from 0 to 1ok in just 8 weeks. Here is week 1’s workout!
